Bloodpoint math check to get every perk?

I'm trying to determine how many bloodpoints it actually takes to get a single Survivor/Killer from level 1 to having every single perk in the game so far at max tier.

TEACHABLES:

I've read many estimates that it takes around 1,250,000 to get from level 1-40, which is when you could unlock all of a characters teachable perks. Assuming you don't spend shards to unlock perks (personally I save all my shards for Survivor perks to unlock that I don't plan on ever playing, since every survivor is essentially the exact same game ways and my time is limited to waste points/play games.)

If is around true, that means you'd need to spend

1, 250, 000 * 22 Survivors to unlock every single perk as a teachable = ~ 27,500,000 to unlock them all

1, 250, 000 * 20 Killers = ~ 25,000,000 to unlock them all

PLAYING:

Personally I pick 1 survivor to play and only spend points there to get all the tiers.

I try to level up all the killers I can to since they are all unique.

If there are 80 Survivor Perks ( *3 tiers each is 240 Tiers total)

and 72 Killer Perks ( *3 is 216 Tiers total)

Then you'd need to take:

A Survivor you've unlocked the perks on from level 40 until they have all tiers of all perks:

~ 200 Tier of Survivor Perks left to get all current perks at Max Tiers.

A Killer you've unlocked the perks on from level 40 until they have all tiers of all perks:

~ 176 Tiers of Killer Perks left to get all current perks at Max Tiers.

So Roughly how many bloodpoints would it take to move a killer/survivor from having no perks, to all currently available perks, maxed out tiers? Assuming you only want to have a single survivor and a single killer at max and NOT prestige?
