are we getting any exclusive cosmetic for buying the dlc?
when i say exclusive i mean those minor changes they add to the outfits we've been seeing with the past dlcs or are we getting something that is really worthy of buying the dlc?

There will be a Charm for buying the DLC.

To add to this I believe it's going to be the seal of Metatron.

The Seal, previously thought to be the Mark of Samael by Harry Mason because he was deceived by Dahlia Gillespie, is actually the Seal of Metatron; Dahlia reveals this and that it is a symbol closely associated with the Order. As far as the Order is concerned, the Seal is nothing more than a talisman and is of no particular significance.
That is not to say it is worthless, or even powerless for that matter. Its power is derived from the spiritual strength of its user. Had Alessa Gillespie fully completed her task of placing the symbol throughout Silent Hill's Paleville, it is unknown what may have happened, or if that power would have been controllable.
Some believe that the Seal can prevent God's awakening; however, this doesn't seem to be the case, and this has never proven to be true.
(Definitely didn't look at the wikia)

Could be possible that they were not allowed to alter the Cosmetics like they did with previous DLCs.
OR they want to give Charms as the Reward for buying the DLC instead of Cosmetics. And lets be honest, the last Character where the Cosmetic was somewhat worth it was Kate with the white Top. Feng and Ace even got full Outfits, but everything from Adam onwards was just a very, very minor change.

It would be nice if these chapters brought with it extra blood points. Given the rank that I'm currently at playing killer, I would be facing some pretty tough competition from the survivors, so it would be nice if these chapters brought with it enough blood points to where I could at least get three, if not all four perk slots unlocked.

This is pretty underwhelming tbh.
i kind of regret buying the licensed characters with Auric Cells because I didn’t know about those DLC cosmetics (also I bought them during in game discounts and in the beginning only wanted survivors).
but now that I play both sides and know about it (bought Stranger things chapter and will by Silent Hill) I don’t even want those extra cosmetics/the charm..

It's a recurring symbol throughout the series. In some it's important to the story, in others it's just the mark of the save point.
