Just wasn't paying attention. For a second I thought that instead of trying to fix the perk grind they just said F it and got rid of it entirely. For a second I was so happy and started putting together neat builds (in my mind) I'd been wanting to experiment with from day one (which wasn't super long ago) but unfortunately it was not to be.

Yeah, yeah, I know - put in the time, git gud, etc etc.
