New survivor: James Robinson

Description: A homeless, but yet determined person who is skilled in scavenging for items and dealing with adversity.

His personal perks Unity, Not For Granted, and Scavenger boosts the effects of altruism and allows him to find more items in chests.

Unity: You are used to people helping you. Other survivors heal you 30/40/50% faster and the skillchecks they receive are 15/20/25% larger

Not For Granted: After getting unhooked by an ally or yourself, you receive the endurance effect for 5/6/7 seconds. if you were rescued by another survivor, they receive a 7% haste effect for the same duration.

Scavenger: Your determination to live even in the hardest times has given you courage. You can now search chests that are already opened. This ability has a 200/190/180 second cooldown.

I hope you guys like these perk ideas. They're based around the idea of James being homeless, but I feel like it adds more diversity in the survivor lore which I like.

Unity would prove too powerful in the hands of a SWF team.

Not For Granted has the same issue and creates some OP combinations with other Perks .eg. Deliverance, DS, BT, etc. May even make BT obsolete.

Scavenger is interesting, potentially doubling the items you can find in a match and goes nicely with the Chest-oriented Perks,

The one I really like is Scavanger. I think it’d be neat to be able to research chests that already have been looted.

I understand, but the idea of the perk was to "counter" campers or get out of the situations where you're playing with teamates with no BT
