survivors stuck inside of hook

I was playing as meg in solo queue on coldwing farm and a yui was hooked. I went to unhook her and she was behind the hook but still hooked, when i unhooked her she was stuck in the hook and couldnt move, she could still self care but was stuck the whole rest of the game
