Is it possible to have a disconnection penalty lifted?

Hello, uh, I've posted here before about this problem to no response so I've given up on trying to have it fixed.

So instead I'm wondering if I can have my DC penalty reset or lifted, because I'm now at a 72 hour DC ban for just playing the game. I have proof that I'm not purposefully disconnecting, at all.

I really want to play the game, but I literally can't just because of being randomly kicked.
