Why do you keep making billy worse BHVR
For every new update to the game billy gets worse, why? I don't understand why billy needs to get shadow nerfed every update it makes no sense. With the release of the silent hill chapter the Hillbilly's chainsaw sounds awful and the cooldown after you stop chainsawing feels longer than before. Can anyone explain why the devs keep ruining this killer.

I played carburator/spark plug billy and i think he was fine. I didn't noticed cooldown delay tbh. I like the new chainsaw sound.

Try playing him without addons, the chainsaw basically requires them to make billy somewhat like he was before

So they cant find the bugs even though for months people have been pointing out that something is wrong with hillbilly. Also even if the devs cant find these bugs at all a little acknowledgement from them would be nice, nothing is stopping them from saying "We are aware of the bugs regarding hillbilly and will address them sometime in the future".

damn really? i saw tons of threads.
AFAIK his FOV was wrong, his lunges were bugged, chainsaw cooldown (normal) was longer, chainsaw cooldown hitting into objects didn't exist, ghost saws are still a thing despite having been an issue since P2P, and now apparently his chainsaw sound is broken too.

The whole FOV change and the increased cooldown is what makes me think its a shadow nerf. Never heard of a bug making a specific killers FOV different.

Dont forget how the Clown "buff" came with a nerf as well. He doesn't get slowed down during throws. But he gets slowed down 3x AFTER reloading lol

WOW i did not know they did that, so uncalled for instead of making a killer actually viable they prefer to do basically nothing and instead make another mediocre killer that will most likely get nerfed in the future.

A mod actually said its passed onto the team to hopefully confirm if it was intentional.
If they purposely did that to clown. I would have to say that is the most ridiculous thing they have ever done. It would be like when trapper was able to reset traps they gave him some other type of penalty. Its such a minor buff that it can't even be called a buff. Clowns friggin power is to SLOW YOU DOWN he NEVVERR should've been slowed down HIMSELF while using it.

They're going to riddle Billy with bugs to the point so when they actually nerf him, it will seem like a buff.
