Blood point offerings not giving points and being used up

Multiple different games, various maps, kiiler and survivor games
All of my games today I have used a bloodpoint offering and 50% of my games today killer and survivor I have not received the bonus, the offering doesn't show on the endgame screen but it still is removed from my inventory.

Idk if it's related but I was in a SWF on PS4 and one of my friends played Bloody Party Streamers but we didn't get points for it.

Yes I second this, BP offerings are not being consumed and therefore not working.

Did you switch your character when searching for the lobby/ in the lobby? This bug happened to us when we switched our characters. Lets say you equipped a cake to meg, then switched to cherryl to level her up and after that you switched back to meg. The offering wassn't shown in the burning offering screen, it was shown during the end but the effect didn't happen. Is that the case?

Hmmm I do swap killers at the last moment because of survuvors spying on who the killer is, maybe that’s it. Are you saying I need To put the offering back in if I swap

Yup, thats the case. If you switch the characters its not working. I reported the bug here:
As you said, you can play around this by re-equipping the offering in the lobby.

They fixed this in the latest patch, thankfully, so no need to swap anymore. :)

Do you know if they fixed the program that does it as well or just the other way?

It’s no longer possible to see the killer in any way and a ton of people got banned by EAC for using external programs (though I believe some then got unbanned). This is what I’ve been told at least.
