Hatch stuck by the texture on the new map.

I was playing on the new silent hill map on PS4, and at the end of the match I saw the hatch and tried to use it but it was impossible, I tried to be over it, near it but nothing worked, the game didn't show the text "press R1 to use". I first thought that it was because of the pallet near it but even by being as far as I could from it nothing changed, the problem seems to come from the texture partially covering it.
