Ps4 bugs regarding BP offerings and perks, visual bug with items

Haven't quite figured out the rhythm yet on the occurrence
Bloodpoint offerings are equipped on a survivor, no bonus bps rewarded in the endgame screen, offering is still equipped in the new lobby.
Perks are not visible in the endgame screen when this is happening, also not the offering.
Equipping an item in a survivors hand, switching the character (the other one is level 1, no items) will make the item appear in their hand. Switching back and the item is still visible in the load out screen but not in the lobby, also not for others, tested in swf.
