[PC]Ghostface with Pyramid Head Add ons

Character played was Cheryl, Meg, David and Bill. Killer was shown as ghostface in a public match and his powers worked exactly like ghostface but he had pyramid head add ons in the post match screen. Unsure if the addons worked in game or get any benefit from it. This was my first time encountering this glitch/bug/exploit or whatever you call it so I'm not sure of the frequency of it.
Map played was on Hawkins Lab. Image of the post match screen and log is attached below.
