What is it about PH that is so hard to get used to?
Not just hitting the special attack (although the aiming sens on that is weird) but just general m1 killer stuff. I have 3k hours, but something just feels.. off? I am not sure if it's the lunge, something with his moment speed or turning but just generally to play I am unable to get m1 hits on loops that should be possible with any other killer.
Is anyone else feeling this?

It's probably because of how big he feels, and that's throwing you off?
When I'm using him he feels kinda massive and I'm not used to having a giant blade as a primary weapon.

Let’s not forget that he can’t sidestep while using his power! Makes aiming really hard.
Oh on that note, a little tip I’ve discovered: You may have noticed that when you’re using your power and holding to aim a shot, it’ll drain and eventually cancel. HOWEVER, if you stop moving before activating the power, you can spin around and aim infinitely! It only starts draining once you take your first step. Useful if they’re running back and forth on the other side of an obstacle.
