Has anyone else had problems with the Dead By Daylight Merch Shop?

I placed an order through DBD's online merch store on April 24th, and ordered two items. My hoodie showed up but another item I ordered, a face mask, never came.

I have been waiting for replies on customer support tickets for over three weeks. I can't seem to get in contact with anyone about the fact there was a problem with my order. I was already charged, and can't seem to get any info on where my order is.

I received contact-form confirmation emails letting me know my questions have been received and that they will get back to me (usually) on the same business day, but nothing after that. I have added the support email to my contacts, checked all spam and promotion folders, etc. Nothing.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with problems with their orders lately? The only support contact they have for the store in the email/contact form so I have exhausted all options/resources.
