Only just realised survs don't have to be tormented to be mini mori'd. That's very strong.
Is this intentional???? I honestly think they should be in torment and final hook for the mini mori because of how strong that is. And I'm playing a lot of pyramid head and liking him but I think that's ridiculous

One time i couldnt do the mini mori even when the person whas tormented and on death hook. The person died immidiately in the cage....

Talk to anyone who plays online games, 5-10 seconds can be a crucial amount of time.
Besides, its not just time you're saving. It's the picking up, losing a hook, risking flashlights and pallet stuns, etc.

It bypasses DS, is the thing. So you can hook someone to struggle, then as soon as they're unhooked, pursue and mori them out.

If its a bug, its happen quite a bit. Noticed it in YouTube videos too

The spotlight trailer says that the Survivor has to be Tormented in order to be mini-mori'd. If what you're saying is true, then that is almost certainly a bug.

I believe it might be something to do with when they are saved from a cage in the 2nd stage. And definitely a bug as I dont always have the option

I constantly get mini moried ive never been tormented or in the cage one time I wasn't even hooked so the mini mori is broken by bugs beyond belief

Not just saving time, also being in a chase with a survivor close that could have escaped instead and also denying pallet / flashlight saves or Breakout / sabo attempts.

It happened to me a few times last night. Definitely not tormented, still got mori'd.

5/10 seconds? He doesnt care about DS, so can tunnel. He doesn't care about flashlight/pallet saves, so no time wasted checking around (you down, you out). Instead of picking up + caring to a near hook + hooking, just slam a giant sword on the survivor. It's not just 5 s, I'm pretty sure. Yeah, this is a lot. Maybe not on yeallow/green ranks. But on red ranks against a 4 man swf, this is HUGE.
