Killer- Pyramid Head

Map- Midwich elementary
Platform- PS4
Playing on the new map with pyramid head when I reached end game collapse with two survivors left, downing one I chase and hook the other before going to pick up my previous down, but couldn’t interact with the down survivor as they had clipped under a bench on the lower floor of the map, I wasn’t able to pick up or use a cage of atonement and eventually they bled out.
The survivor was paying Feng Min
