PS4 - Unhooks/Cage saves animation stutter

On PS4 everytime I am rescued I'm noticing the animation of the survivor saving me looks like they are glitching due to the animation stuttering. This has happened in every game, doesn't matter the survivor, killer, or map. This just started happening with the 4.0.0 patch.
Steps to recreate
1. Play public match - can be any survivor against any killer on any map.
2. Get hooked.
3. While being saved the animation will start stuttering/glitching until animation is complete.
