Oni stuck after Endgame Timer

After hooking a survivor, Oni's movement becomes bugged and he is unable to absorb blood or use his ability. After this occurs the survivor is permanently stuck on hook and does not die due to the hook or even the Endgame timer.
I'm not sure how to reproduce this but it happens quite often.
This has happened to me 3 times in the past 3 days.
This is probably 50 minutes after the Endgame timer.
