PC - New Map Siren is heard on other maps while spectating

While spectating other people on any map it seems after the gate is opened you can hear the siren from the new map. This happened last night when my friend asked if i could hear the siren when he was spectating me and i couldn't but in this clip i was spectating in a match i went into by myself and i could hear it.
