Wall missing collision in both swamp maps

I found a wall in Grim Pantry that I can move through as Survivor (both standing and crouching). Not sure if the Killer can also move through it, as it is a small section.
It is located under the pier/dock next to the shack. The tile is "str_03" as shown in the following clip:
Update: This tile also appears on the Pale Ghost map and is still missing collision there.
Update #2: I can go through this wall as the Killer too.
