Hatch blocked by map structure

Description: Hatch is blocked by a map structure on Midwich Elementary School. Option "Escape through hatch" is not displaying.
Reproduce: Just played a normal game and spawned on Midwich Elementary School. I was last survivor so I searched for hatch. It was blocked by this thing. Escape through hatch option was not displaying
How often does it occur: once

Same, hatch and blob location look identical, have video if devs need.
