Not sure if this is specifically to do with pyramid head but when i was playing him, the first person i hooked became bugged and the death timer wouldn't go down and survivors couldn't save them. This eventually led to the endgame collapse where the person on hook still didn't die after the timer was up. The game wouldn't end because of this, essentially meaning i had to dc. Just thought id report this seeing as I've never seen this before.

Just happened to me except I was the survivor lol lame to take a penalty when you can’t control that weird bug.
