Heartbeat sound on multistory maps suck

To start I'm not hear to say the heartbeat should be removed because that wouldn't be fair. I am simply saying that as is it is impossible to tell if the killer is above, bellow or on the same level as you. It's a static heartbeat that makes maps like Gideon Meat Plant and the New map less enjoyable to play on.

I'm not entirely sure of a solution but I just want it addressed because I want to enjoy this maps but find it so difficult and unfun to play on because you never know if the killer is around the corner or chasing someone else above you.
