PC: Midwhich bathroom stall healing issue

I am on Steam. If you heal someone from the dying state against the wall in a bathroom stall on the Midwhich Elementary School map you and the person you heal will be stuck together unless one of you uses dead hard or are hit by the killer. I tested this with a friend and it happened 4 out of the 5 times that we tested the issue. This isn't a common issue I'm sure but it definitely got me killed the one time it happened in a proper match.
