Gamecrashes when cleansing totems

Hello all! I've cleansed two hexed totems since the update and each time my game has crashed and said I am "Cheating". I've never messed with my game files and even undownloaded and redownloaded the game to see if it would fix the issue. But it didn't :( I run the game through STEAM
