backwater swamp (pale rose) dock wall glitch

im on console (xbox one) and idk if this works on grim pantry but i was on pale rose hiding under the docks and i noticed as i was crouching my head stuck through the wall and i could walk through it. I tested this twice just to make sure it was reportable and the killer can walk through it as well. links below

Can confirm. Happens consistently on multiple variations of the map in normal lobby and KYF. Can walk through uncrouched. Large killers can pass through as well.
