Cross Progression

If i bought dlc killers in playstation store, lets say ghostface would i still have him in steam once i can change my account to my main in ps4 i just started in pc. I also bought the cannibal in pc and i was wondering if i would still have him once i can change my account or do i have to buy him again in pc once i linked my account. somebody please help there is so many things going inside my head.

    We currently don't know for sure how it's going to work, but I can't imagine people would be too happy if they had to buy all the DLC again on a different platform. I'm willing to buy the base game again once cross progression is out, but I'm certainly not doing that if all the DLC is locked on that one regardless of the fact my account has them all unlocked.
