PS4 - Game instantly freezes when trying to play as survivor

Since 2 days my game instantly freezes when i'm trying to play survivor. After I press "play as survivor" it puts me to the next screen and instantly freezes. I can't even see my suvivor because the game freezes even before the survivor gets loaded.

I can play as killer without any problem, but as survivor the game keeps freezing everytime and it forces me to close the game. (it doesn't matter how long I keep waiting)

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Sorry for the bad english, it's not my mothers language.
