How to recreate:

  1. step: Boot the game and start a custom match on the new map
  2. step: Start endgame timer
  3. step: Hook a survivor and activate Blood Warden
  4. step: Dying surviros are able to escape even with bloodwarden

    yes, it happened to me too and i was a little upset but glad that it is only linked to this map
