A survivor killer? [Idea]

So I thought it would be cool if there was a killer that used to be a survivor but became corrupted after decades of torture.
They could use a flashlight or a big key as a weapon or something.
Their ability could be something like a disguise as a survivor and trick them? there would be some balance ofc like wraiths uncloaking and you could reveal them with a flashlight [like wraith and nurse's burn]
or something completely different
