Bugged flashlights and mind channel for keys

When you have a flashlight or a key with mind channel addons you will not be able to use them, this doesn't occur every time it has only happened today and not any time before that, other people I know have had this problem happen to them a few days before I had it
Steps to reproduce: I feel this may be more common the longer you have the game running or the more matches you have been playing, it may even be with how often you escape with flashlights
This occurs every match after you encounter it (until you restart your game I'm assuming)
