Silent Hill Map Offering, possible Bug?

Hello people of the fog,
I think I've got an issue with the Silent Hill Map Offering in the bloodweb on PC. I bought the chapter and started to level Cheryl. After 50 levels I recognized that I didnt even get once the offering in the bloodweb, so I was thinking if it's just a bug or not? I didnt overlook that because I searched for it every level up. But I don't know if this issue is just on Cheryl because I only gave her my bloodpoints.

I don't know the exact time frame but new map offerings are always delayed before being added to the blood web, you're not alone, even with a P3/50 Cheryl I don't have a single Elementary offering.
