Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Pyramid Head in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor
Step 4: Allow survivor to escape the hook after reaching the struggle phase.
Step 5: Make sure this survivor runs across a torment trail.
Step 6: Put the tormented survivor in the dying state.
Step 7: Allow the dying survivor to touch the escape point of the exit gate.
Step 8: Use Final Judgement before they finish escaping.
