Bug: David's uninjured breathing heard globally

Description of the issue: if a David is in the game, all players (survivor or killer) will hear his breathing globally
Steps to reproduce (if possible): play killer and get a David in your lobby or play with a David, and just play normally. His normal, uninjured breathing will be louder and heard across the map
How often does this occur: Any time I play with a David, at random intervals in the match. It's always one particular breathing noise. I unfortunately don't have video/audio of it yet. Does not seem to happen if you are the only one playing David.
