PC - Adrenaline taking 2 seconds to activate while in dying state.

I was playing Jake against Nurse, she downed me and then the last gen was finished, Adrenaline didnt pop up while giving me the exhausted debuff while in the ground, then it activated 2 seconds later with the sprint buff consumed by half already.
I didnt had any lag during the match and it wasnt a fps drop either, it just didnt activate when it should have.
