Stuck in game and had to DC to end match

I was casually playing a game (Xbox one) of killer to get some blood points and I noticed after getting pallet stunned I couldn’t use my ability (playing hillbilly) I eventually could after hooking a survivor however after hooking the rest one of the survivors struggle bar wasn’t going down and even after closing the hatch and the end game timer was up I was still stuck in game and had to DC to leave the match, thus causing me to loose out on my blood points and burning a green brutality offering for nothing.
