Hackers...c'mon

So today I versed my first hacker. They were using speed hacks. I knew this for sure as she was always far from me and ran hella fast. If you want to read my experience look below. And my god they can ruin games(except for mine lol) and fun for people. Just the fact that they can hack without a problem. I'm not saying behaviour is bad at their job, they're doing their best and it's great. But c'mon you gotta enforce your rules and ban the hackers. I'm still gonna play the game but when I do its gonna be a DC for me or a afk match. So how frequent are the hackers? I want to be aware what I'm getting in to. If they're frequent I probably might not play, until I get a new ps4. And yes I reported them.

So I decided to play nurse and on CONTROLLER btw on PC(because I just got this pc and still need a keyboard and mouse) and one perk thanataphobia. So it started of in torment creek. I blinked to one gen none was there I blinked to another gen and the whole squad was there I hit Jane. Nea comes circling me so I swing I miss. She does it again. I miss then I look for someone else a meg. I hit her, and then near back and the I realised she was speed hacking. At first I was confused and then she kept running so fast I knew what was happening. So I tried to avoid her and so I did until I bamboozled her and hooked her and camped her. Of course she got off. So I left her and killed everyone else. And of course she found hatch. Now the chat. All her friends started to say "ggez trash" regardless of them being dead. So I laughed at NEA, revealed her for her hacks and told her I'm on controller and I still hooked her with hacks. She got triggered and she said "you probably smell like your grandmas socks" what???. I told her that was a poor insult as was her skill even when hacking and then she ddosed. Cool so I shut my pc down and am gonna wait before I get back on. But she was the worst player/hacker I've seen😂😂😂. Oh and her friends I'm assuming acted like nothing happened.

And if you wondering why I played nurse of all, it's because I played her heaps on ps4 before mine broke.

P.s if you have had similar incidents. Could you tell me what I should do if I meet another like that?

EDIT: nvm I just realised she didn't ddos me. I thought she did when it said host disconnected. I realised it was her leaving or something I'm still new to pc I dont know how everything works.
