The Angry Killer Concept

Lore: it is not so important for me to think about but IMHO Jason Voorhees (The Drowned) from "Friday the 13th" is on of the best characters for this concept, if not the best.

Physical stats:

  • speed = 4.6 m/s;
  • terror radius = 36 m;
  • height = tall.

Power - several abilities based on the amount of The Killer's anger.

Anger - the scale which is 0% by default but it fills up due the following provocations:

  • The Killer sees a survivor is sitting down from 16 meters and closer = +35% per action;
  • The Killer sees totem/hook breaking from 4 to 32 meters = 15% per second;
  • Hook rescue/escape appears from 16 and further meters of The Killer = 40% per action;
  • The Killer has been stunned by a flashlight = 50% per action;
  • The Killer has been stunned by a pallet = 30% per action;
  • The Killer is being blinded by a flashlight = 15% per second;
  • The Killer sees gate opening = 25% per second;
  • The Killer sees survivor is in distance of 20 meters and closer to the hatch = 35% per action.

If The Killer is not in a chase, the amount of anger starts to decrease after 5 seconds from the last provocation with the speed of 5% per second.

Abilities:

1) Throwing The Weapon:

  • consumes 35% of the scale;
  • The Killer simply throws his weapon, technically the same as The Huntress, including the hit damage;
  • when the weapon hits a survivor or an obstacle, it drops on the ground, so The Killer can pick it up;
  • survivors can not pick it up;
  • The Killer can strike survivors with his/her bare hands, howerer he/she can not perform the lunge attack without the weapon.

2) The Sweep:

  • consumes 60% of the scale;
  • The Killer starts to weapon sweep, technically the same as The Cannbial, but with some exceptions;
  • unlike The Bubba's sweep, this one deals standart damage;
  • unlike The Bubba's sweep, after hitting the obstacle, The Killer just ends the sweep without the tantrum;
  • unlike The Bubba's sweep, The Killer can not break pallets, so they are obstacles to him/her as well;

3) The Anger Itself:

  • consumes 100% of the scale, lasts for 20 seconds, The Killer can not stop it.
  • The scale can not fill up when the ability is active;
  • when activated, HUD, scratchmarks and all perk aura reading abilities dissapear for The Killer. All the survivors are red lightened to The Killer (if there are no obstacles), their sounds (walking, running, breathing, groaning) become louder by 75% and blood trail becomes much more visible;
  • The Killer's movespeed is reduced to 4.4 m/s
  • all survivors become constantly chased and hear the chase music as if The Killer is very close to them in spite of the distance between them;
  • The Killer's successful/missed strike recovery is faster by 20%;
  • The Killer becomes invulnerable to pallet stun. If a survivor drops a pallet on The Killer, he/she catches it with the hand and immediatly breaks it faster by 25% with unique animation;
  • The Killer becomes less vulnerable to the blinding by 35%;
  • If The Killer is blinded he/she starts to swing around identically to The Cannibal's Tantrum, but without a speed loss and he/she stops it immediatly when blindness completely ends;
  • The Killer can not pick up survivors, break gens when it's activated;
  • all the effects stack with the perks that give same strengths (Brutal Strength, Sloppy Butcher, Bloodhound, Save the Best for last and the others).

    Awesome concept, I would love to see a killer like this and would be fun to just throw an axe and start chasing with the fists
