Dwight's perks are all useful. In fact it's the perks I run the most.

Comparing all survivors and their teachables side by side, Meg has 3 really good teachables that are all meta or as close as can be to meta.
Adrenaline is really good for obvious reasons, Sprint Burst is the original Exhaustion perk and still holds up today as a great perk even if people prefer to use other perks like Balanced Landing or Lithe, and Quick & Quiet is an absolute Staple for most Stealth / immersed builds and is still great to use even on it's own in any build.

David, Bill and Laurie all have 2 perks that are very good, but one worthless one. While I'm not a fan of sprint burst, I can't deny that it's a good perk, and both Adrenaline and Quick and Quiet are good. Honourable mention to Zarina, though, as I think all of her perks are pretty quality.

How do you explain No Mither as a good perk, it's easily one of the worst in the game if not the worst
and on that note, WGLF? It's good for BP bonus but unlike BBQ & Chili (the killer equivalent) it has no practical purpose.
Dead Hard, undoubtedly his best perk, is also becoming increasingly less popular an exhaustion perk, because it can often be easily countered once the killer knows you're running it. Either by waiting for you to use it, baiting it out, or straight up making a long lunge right after you start the DH animation so the end of the lunge catches you once the invincibility frames are gone.
