New survivor: Bill denbrough

Perk 1: Ally's power

You gain incredible powers when you team up, when a survivor is in 10 meters from you, you both gain 4/ 5/ 6% movement speed.

(Teachable on level 30)

Perk 2: Braveheart

You are even braver when dangerous is near. When you enters the killer's terror radius, you and the killer will both see each's aura for 5/ 7/ 9 second, killer being stun by you need more time to recover ( 0.7 second ).

Perk 3: Ready to go

After you crouch and don't move for 3 second, ready to go is activated, while ready to go is activated, press the power button to break into a sprint at 150% of your normal running speed for maximum of 3 second, you will have a 60/ 50/ 40 second exhaustion after the sprint.

New killer: Pennywise

Power: Death sight

Hold down the power button to stalk survivor, completing stalk progress on a survivor will put them into fear state for 50 second.

Fear state: Survivor on fear state can mess up see pennywise into his teammates until pennywise is within 10 meters, survivor will scream and reveal their aura every 15 second. Survivor on fear state will be effected by special attack.

Special attack: You can press the sub-power button to put a extremely hard skill check on survivor that is on the fear state, if the survivor fail the skill check, pennywise can teleport next to the survivor and attack them, special attack have a 15 second cooldown if the survivor hit the skill check, 30 second cooldown if the survivor fail the skill check.

Perk1: We all float

Every time you down the obsession, you can see all survivor's aura that is within 10/ 15/ 20 meters from you.

Perk2: Fear me

When a survivor have been chase continuously by you for 30/ 27/ 25 second, they will scream and reveal their aura for 6 second.

'Scary, very scary and super scary. What is your choice?' Pennywise

Perk 3: Sudden surprise

When a generator is done, you receive 20 % more bloodpoints and you become undetectable for 10/ 12/ 14 second.

    IT Perks:

    First one is outclassed by BBQ.

    That second perk is very useless to be honest. I mean you should already know where a survivor is during a chase.

    The third one is ok, The bloodpoints gain is a bit random though. Maybe make it that all other Gens are blocked when one gen gets done and make it a hex.

    But i like the idea of him making the survivors see each other as pennywise, but i don't think it should be a stalk ability.

    Frist one can counter pallet and flashlight save, second one is useless yeah, every one have their useless perk. Third one, you know, gen rusher like to keep doing gens and gens, when they get a gen done and going for another, you come here with sudden suprise then jumpscare survivor, it will be fun. His stalk need about 5 second if very close and 15 if in the maximum 30 meters range.

    I think an add-on: George's left arm ( Red )

    When a survivor is putted in the fear state, their aura will reveal to you for 15 second.

    Killer main here.

    We all float would basically be a worse infectious. Maybe change it to where "When survivors scream, their aura is revealed to you for ?/?/?.

    Fear me is almost completely useless. I'd buff it to be chased for to be 20/15/10 seconds. Then, it would work for killers who would really need it like nurse, and as well as aura revealing, make them scream.

    Sudden Surprise is very similar to tinkerer, and people would rather get the status BEFORE the gen is popped instead of after.

    His power does seem decent, it requires skill on both sides.

    Ready to go should be nerfed to 110% for 5 seconds so it is a genuine decision between it and sprint burst.

    Everything else seems nice and is overall a good concept.

    We all float can be good for slunging

    All killer have a useless perk, example furtive chase and dead man switch, it is ok for pennywise to have a garbage perk, not all killer should have 3 good perk.

    Sudden suprise can junpscare and at least give you more bp if you get gen rushed.

    He can't deal with loops, but is good at map control and finding survivors.

    The way ready to go is basically a sprint brust+, the biggest weakness of sprint brust is you will waste it when you run, ready to go don't.
