Self Care or Inner Strength?
opinions on what are the best healing perk? SC has the advantage of (almost) always being available when injured but leaves you vulnerable to the killer and Nurse's. IS lets you hide and heal quickly (especially against Sloppy, Thanataphobia etc.) but on certain maps totems can be hard to find or the team could have cleansed them all by end game. What are your thoughts on these healing perks?

Inner Strength. More time efficient and helps prevent Noed.

Inner Strength. Self care takes so bloody long I can’t stand it lol. Plus, the more totems you can get rid of, the better.

Generally inner strength unless it's totem cleansing time in the tome. Can he nearly impossible to run during those without a second perk dedicated to totem hunting.

I always choose Inner Strength over Self-Care. A few seconds in a locker and boom, done. Self-Care is like a target on your back since a Killer could have Nurses, or be a Stealth killer. When I play Killer, I adore Self-Carers because they never see me coming.

Inner Strength is superior. Takes care of a secondary objective while providing a locked and loaded quick heal. Especially since self care was nerfed to hell.

inner strenght
more gameplay
more points
avoid slowdown perks
can be faster
2 objectives for the price of 1
not holding m1 for a minute just for one health state
the heal itselfs is very fast

Y'all can have your IS, fine by me.
I like having one that doesn't depend on other stuff.

Self care is way better. IS is limited to totems so if someone else does them all you’re stuck with a wasted perk. SC has unlimited uses and comes in clutch most of the time.

Between those two, Inner Strength is by far the more efficient perk.
(But the real answer to your question is Bond.)

Inner Strength. Faster heals and counters NOED and Sloppy Butcher.

I enjoy all the people who pick Bond when it's just as inefficient as Self Care.

not really if u play solo.

It takes the same amount of time away from gens. You can make an argument for using either one. But they pretty much break even to me.

I don’t think Self Care is worth a slot without BK. At least then you can both be self sufficient yet still useful to the team, especially with a med kit.
Inner Strength is great but sometimes the conditions just can’t be met some matches at crucial moments when it’s needed most.
