Does the spirit feel a bit under-powered or is it just me?

Before i start this is a first impression so i could definitely be wrong and these are from rank 1 matches as a survivor. The one big problem i see with the spirit is that she can be easily outmaneuvered when she uses her power, i find myself simply turning around and walking away and easily escaping her since she can only see scratch marks.

    Her power is for surprise jumpscare moments :D If you walk to a gen (in Phase) you can easily grabble away a surv without need to hit him. In chases you just need skill. if a surv is hurt AND runs, you can easily catch up to him and strike him down. A sneaky surv can outmaneuver her of course. But a skilled Spirit is able to confuse survs and push them to make mistakes. And we all know, the best what can happen to a DBD Killer aare survivor mistakes ;)
