Kinda dissapointed in the crown cosmetics
I was kinda hoping we could drop a charm slit for them..instead I cant enjoy it without ruining my cosmetic sets..pity, was really looking forward to them

Why get a crown if you’re not wearing it on your head? I think a charm would have been pointless because of how the charms work- if one charm is unlocked for one character, they all are, which doesn’t encourage playing through all the original characters.

Oh definitely, it needs to be changed to be used with any head cosmetic. I really want the Valentines Nurse skin combined with this.

You misunderstand I want them as is..but I'd rather give up a charm slot to have them with any head piece..it would be really nice

It's essentially another glowy eye cosmetic.
Base head, with a small addition.

Gotta agree that it'd be far better if it had its own cosmetic slot. This could then make way for whatever other silly special things they wanna make.

While we're on the subject they should be changed too. Same slot ideally where the new cosmetic would go.

We should get auric cells as some daily reward for the lenght of the event. Getting just one tshirt or whatever for one character is the same old approach. I'm not playing as Claud anymore so it's pretty useless. Greed at it's be$t

Got it on my Wraith, that's all i need.
It's okay i guess, it just doesn't work with my main set of cosmetics.
Gotta experiment a bit, the parts from the Lunar event might work with it.

So i thought of the Crown + the other 2 HB pieces.

Yes you can..but I'm talking full sets here..the crown isnt attached to the head itself..maybe they could do something with this..plus..billy alone has to give up his entire torso and head to wear the crown

There's the other discussion where they talk about a new cosmetic slot where you can just have things float behind your head, the Crown being the first one.
Or have it be a Charm, though not everyone likes that idea as not everyone cares about those.

I see! That would be a really nice idea! I prefer some of the hairs from different cosmetics as opposed to the default (Nea and Feng) so it’d be nice seeing it. On the other hand, if you see how they’ve organised the event, the crowns are attached to the headpiece meaning that they’d have to add a headpiece to every current head cosmetic... which could be difficult.

Considering they wouldnt have to worry about clipping due to the floating nature of the crown it may not be so bad

The crowns change place after a bit, so be careful

Some crowns are from the entity matrix and don't actually exist. The trick is to only pick up the crown after you see the black cat cross your path. The cat can only spawn in levels that have 2 treasure boxes searched, and 2 totems cleansed. 2 + 2 = 4th anniversary. Read this on fb. Hope this helps.

The crowns themselves aren't bad at all. The main disappointment is the inability to use them with any cosmetic, although i don't see how bhvr could even implement that

I get why they don't let you put the crown on over every head cosmetic. Same way they don't allow it with bloody appearances. But I think they should at least let it be used with the the prestige heads of every character. Since it's basically the same skin. It's just annoying especially for killers who look weird when they have the crown on a skin that doesn't match. For example I like having fully prestiged hag skin on but I'd also like the crown on. It's just annoying

Or billy who's entire body is his head ..and thos would be much easier to fix than blood as it's not attached to the killer at all

Thank you but this misconception was cleared up by the OP earlier, to which I agreed with them but also said it would be difficult to do so because of how charms work.
