How does plague infection work on downed survivers?

If you down some one fully infected can others pick him up from dying state? And can no mither/unbreakable pick him up

    Yes. Broken just means they cannot become healthy, all ways to get people off the ground still work correctly.

    That being said, if someone picks a fully infected person up, they will get the infection if they didn't have it already.
