Why is this game so glitchy above 60 fps?

Anytime I turn off the frame rate cap, I keep teleporting and at first I thought it was lag but then I limited my fps to 60 frames and my character was back to normal. How can I play the game at more than 60 fps without my character teleporting?

    its probably glitchy at higher frame rates because the game isn't usually meant to go above 60 fps
