PC - Blood Fury doesn't activate on Oni

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : Collect blood to charge Blood Fury
Step 4 : Fill gauge, get prompt to activate Blood Fury with LCTRL
Step 5 : Blood Fury does not activate despite pressing LCTRL.
Step 6 : Blood Fury prompt flashes on screen when LCTRL is pressed but doesn't go away
- Character played - Oni
- Perks played - Blood Echo/Spies from The Shadows/Hex: Haunted Ground
- Addons used - Cracked Sakazuki (both games)
- Frequency of the issue - About every other game
- This never happened before the anniversary patch
