getting crown cosmetic for licensed charecters

will you ever be able to get the crown for characters like pyramid head and if not why?

No, because they're licensed. The cosmetics allowed in the game are those that the license holder have explicitly given permission to have in the game. Anything else, especially something BHVR wanted to add TO their unique characters, would need a rework of the contract to use the license and likely more money from BHVR. For something that would bring them no money, it's objectively not worth it from a business decision, even if it would be awesome.

You can't. Probably because license holders will require money. Really, the only cooperative license holders have been those of Ghostface, Michael Myers, and Ash.
