Killer softlocked after endgame timer expired
Platform: PC
Description of the Issue: Survivor was hooked, the killer (legion on this match) got stuck in frenzy for a while, but when a survivor was hit, frenzy ended and it counted as a normal M1 hit. After some time of trying to start and cancel frenzy, the power started to work as intended. While it was not working properly, the killer's movement was choppy, like it was stuck in the ground.
Steps to reproduce: Hook a survivor, activate power (probably needed, not sure)
How often does this occur: Happened once for me

Notes: The hooked survivor seems to be seen by the game as a normal survivor; when the endgame timer was up, the timer was slowed down, but when the survivor got hit by frenzy, the timer was back to normal time.
The survivor seems to be affected by deep wound while hooked, because I got the notification bubble that the deep wound status had downed the survivor.
