Stuck inside a hook AGAIN! -PS4

I reported last week i think getting stuck inside a hook with Lisa(I mean Cheryl) on the Saloon. WELL IT HAPPENED AGAIN THIS TIME AS KATE in the Mcmillian Estate.
Lovely Hillbilly hooks me and my camera flys into the void behind the hook. Then upon my being rescued i am stuck behind the hook amd wedged agaimst the wall unable to leave. I can turn in circles, heal, croutch and point. Birds fly overhead and the hillbilly kept looking for me but I do not think he saw me or could find me. He eventually disconnected.
