Compensation for the multiple millions of bloodpoints we're missing out on because of the offerings?
They still don't work.
And players are technically losing 100k points per match because of this.
Get 30k points as Killer? 3 offerings? You get 60k because of BBQ! Instead of the 150k you would have actually gotten that match.
Extend the time you can find the offering in the bloodweb or just disable them until they are fixed, so these randoms don't waste them. I'll 100% wait until they are fixed before I use them.
It's an Event for the COMMUNITY of the game. But the only thing is collecting crowns and using your 104% Escape cake. Also "I didnt wanna save because of my crown" + the fact that other players don't get points from your cake makes this the most selfish Event we ever had.
But the good thing is, the Loading Screen looks great. I like it a lot.

I mean the offering works, arguably better than intended. It just works like a cake or pudding, granting the offer 140% instead of everyone 104%...

If multiple people are using it you could get up to 520% bonus. As soon as more than one person brings it, 140% is no longer better than intended.

How can you argue that its better? As is the best you can do is 140, as intended the best you can do is 520.

Yes, 140% is less than 5 people using BPS 500% or as its intended to work 520%, However, I specifically compared it to the Cake and Pudding for that reason

If you are aware that offerings are not working... Why are you using them? And why are you asking for compensation when you know that?
This is really the crux of the issue here. At some point, you have to admit it's a little bit your fault for using something you know is bugged. It's almost like insurance fraud, TBH.

Yes that was a bad choice of words. I simply meant in the bugged state where it only applies to one person, its bonus is still substantial. Knowing its bugged and only applies to one person, means it's more like a cake or pudding instead of a BPS. In that case it's a better option.
Either way, the bug is commonly known at this point and using it expecting it to stack is on you not the devs. Once the bug is fixed, it'll work as intended and give you that 104% bonus to everyone. But currently using it bugged and expecting compensation is just ridiculous.
If I know my car has a flat tire, I don't drive it around and expect it to work perfectly. I wait until I can get a new tire and then use it.

Agreed my first blood web with dwight that I reset had 5 of them and they cost 3k bp to get, the results for bp is not that bad to be complaining about

Even if your not using them others could use them because they want the 140% and your getting nothing out of it still losing out of a ton of bp. I had a match where all 4 survivors used it and i had used bps. I get like a 100k yay... if it was actually working 300k to 400k.

So you gain on your own offering a little bit, but lose out a LOT on others offerings because you get nothing. So very selfish to use these offerings at this moment.

It's a free event, but the only thing new is that you can collect crowns and be selfish letting others die on the hook because you wanna escape with a crown.
Free Bloodpoints? I don't get the Bloodpoints from others offerings so you're wrong again.
New Offerings - which don't work as intended, making it a selfish Event.
Free Outfits / Heads - if you call the 'copy pasted - crown' an outfit, sure. But the Claudette and Deathslinger outfits are good, gotta say that :)
So your only point was that the 2 outfits are awesome. That' right, but you're wrong with anything else.

If you actually think about the 'millions' - it's true. I played so much and I never got the BP from others offerings. Lost about 1.5 million already by just not getting the bp. People are dropping the offering every game.

Since it's an event where you already earn way more than before, don't expect compensation for this bug.
They have lengthened events before due to mishaps though, so you could keep your hopes up for that.

I want to know if BPS are not working for anyone else?. Bloody Party Streamers (that I just offered up) are not appearing on the pre-loading screen (but they appear when you check in game after loading in), but I'm not getting any extra points at the end of the game.

I don't mind it being not fixed by now but I LOVE complaining and discussing problems.
And my problem is that it's not safe that we get a compensation for this problem. Maybe extend the time you can find the offering? Who knows. But in the end, there won't be Anything and players lost millions of bp from that bug.

This isn’t an example of entitlement to me. An example of entitlement was BHVR said we’d be getting a 1.5x blood rush for three weeks, which we got, and people asked for more. That was entitlement.
This example BHVR said we’d be getting a more common, cheaper bloody party streamer like years past, and it is not working as intended. They hyped us for the event for a long time. Advertised it. I would like to know if it’s going to be fixed and if there’s an additional reward like extending the event.
The before example they came through and it wasn’t ‘enough’. This time they didn’t come through on their word after a lot of riling up. I am also disappointed because these are days lost on a timed event.
Some players are suggesting banking these but that assumes everyone will bank them for a later agreed upon time to use them. That won’t happen. If I bank them for weeks later, I’ll just have a 104% offering and likely one of a few players to be using them.
The idea here was multiple players would have a large accumulated supply with more to come and easily get 120 to 150k blood points a match. Maybe even more. I hope they hotfix it sooner than later.

you get free bloodpoints by logging in and also when collecting the crown and the new cake gives 140% and thats higher than the rest so im right punk.

You're right and they should turn on double blood because of this. Even fixing and extending won't have the same impact. When they first come out everyone was using them. No matter what it won't be that way even when they get fixed. Not everyone will realize they were bugged or know they're fixed.
I've personally probably missed out on over a million BP just ME so far. Just finished a match with 28k....2 Gateaus in play....should be another huge bonus but nope.

Nowhere in game does it tell you they don't work, it says it does 104% and stacks.
Also since im trying to p3 Cheryl so even tho i know I have to use them anyway. Yeah i could just not play....but what sense does that make? By that logic i could just not play the game at all and i would never have any problems. I don't think extending the event is unreasonable im not sure why people are reacting so negatively to the idea. Or the idea that skins shouldn't be 10, much less 15 dollars. Or that the rift shouldn't take 200 hours.
I get loving the game but if you guys love it so much don't you want to see it improve?

The thing is only the event is limited the cakes are permanent you don’t have to rush and use them you can save them up like the previous ones and no bug is mentioned in game they are always on the forums and twitter etc which obviously you are able to see since you are on the forum they still work but they give 140% personal instead so if you want to p3 use them up it’s still extra bp it just doesn’t stack also you don’t have to stop playing I just meant stock them up until at most tuesday when next hot fix comes if not before then

I just recently started using the forums. If i wasn't i wouldn't know about this. I promise you most people, don't know about this which is why you keep seeing cake. You also acknowledge that because im P3ing the fact that they're permanent means nothing to me.
But even if everyone did know about the glitch, you're saying that because you can just wait and horde all your cakes its fair. That's the type of logic you apply to a small indie dev just doing their best to get by. This is a multi million dollar company and the most relevant piece of horror media at almost any given time.
I LOVE dbd. It's one of my favorite games. Love the people behind it. Doesn't mean im going to co sign everything they do and get on me knees any time they put effort into the game. That's what they're supposed to do that's why people spend money on and in the game to begin with

they don’t have to necessarily know in game it’s not a major bug they still get 140% bp they just can’t stack them and it will get fixed soon if say it gave 0% bp yes they should tell everyone even through In game newsfeed but it still gives bp and even more just for yourself you can still use them while you prestige they still work just not stacked either work on a different character until it’s fixed or use them for 140% then prestige it’s your choice they aren’t forcing you into anything you are still getting free bp stop asking for more
