Ps4 ready up problem

I’m still having problems with not seeing people in the lobbies when i join them and not seeing them ready up. And before you say just restart your game, I’ve already done that many times, i also tested my internet connection and it’s perfectly fine I’m also right next to my router and never have any internet problems with other games than this one. I used to be able to go into the store and back out and sometimes that would work but it doesn’t now. We shouldn’t even be able to restart app or test internet connection to “fix the problem” when that doesn’t even work anymore, just fix this problem already instead of adding new content.
